Oh MEGHAN. I met Meghan standing on top of a mountain last year in the drizzle and cold winds. She was a bridesmaid for one of my favorite brides and we did nothing but pretend we were in Mexico on that cold November day. Fast forward an ENTIRE year and we are back together, minus the mountain, minus the drizzle and this time SHE’S MY BRIDE. Meghan and Curt braved a cold cold fall day in Ellicott City’s Centennial Park with me and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Meghan and I talked about how much she wanted that fall engagement session, she envisioned herself in a field maybe a blanket.. but she REALLY wanted to skate.
One of her and Curt’s first dates were him “perfecting” her longboarding skills. She told him she wasn’t very good at all, so he took her out. See, this is the BEST thing about my couples. THEY DO THEM. I tell every single one of them, although I want to “groom them” in a way, help them make good choices, guide them on what visually will photograph well… I tell them, at the end of the day… it’s about THEM. I want their friends and family to see their engagement session and say: “yep, THAT’S Curt and Meghan.” I can’t wait for their Spring wedding in Orange, VA. Well my friends:
Here’s Meghan & Curt…. Doing THEM. I can’t love them anymore!!!!
